研究目的：

本研究通过前瞻性设计，观察通督养神针法对胃肠手术老年患者麻醉诱导期低血压发生率、术中脑氧饱和度及围术期认知功能评分的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Through prospective design, this study observed the effects of Tongdu Yangshen acupuncture on the incidence of anaesthesia induced hypotension, intraoperative cerebral oxygen saturation and perioperative cognitive function scores in elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟择期在气管内插管全麻下接受胃肠肿瘤手术患者；
2.ASA分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级，手术分级3～4级；
3.年龄65～85岁；
4.自愿参与课题研究者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who plan to receive gastrointestinal tumor surgery under endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia;
2.ASA grade Ⅱ~Ⅲ,surgery grade 3~4;
3.Age 65-85 years old;
4.Volunteer as a project researcher

排除标准：

1.患有中枢神经系统或心理疾病者；
2.术前存在认识功能障碍者；
3.预计手术时间超过2.5小时的患者；
4.术前长期服用镇静剂、抗抑郁药、NSAIDs（非甾体消炎药）及激素者；
5.有酗酒，药物依赖者；
6.内环境严重紊乱及心、肺、肝、肾功能不全者；
7.有严重视力或听力障碍或无法交流者；
8.近2周曾系统接受过中、西医益智药物治疗者；
9.入选研究前3月参与了其他临床试验者；
10.已知存在研究涉及药品或液体过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with central nervous system or mental diseases;
2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction before surgery;
3. Patients whose operation time is expected to exceed 2.5 hours;
4. Long-term preoperative use of sedatives, antidepressants, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and hormones;
5. Alcoholics and drug addicts;
6. Severe disorder of internal environment and insufficiency of heart, lung, liver and kidney function;
7. Severe visual or hearing impairment or inability to communicate;
8. Those who have systematically received nootropics from Chinese and Western medicine in the past two weeks;
9. Participants who participated in other clinical trials 3 months before study inclusion;
10. There are known studies involving persons with drug or liquid allergies.
