研究目的：

寻找TMS治疗帕金森震颤症状的最佳刺激靶点  

Objectives of Study：

To search for the best stimulation target of TMS for Parkinson's tremor

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合帕金森病的诊断标准；（2）H-Y 分级≤ 4 级；（3） FTMTRS A 部分第 4 项得分≤2，FTMTRS A 部分第 5、6 项得分≥1；（4）发病 年龄 40 岁以上，症状持续 1 年以上，且一个月内未调药物方案；（5）能接受 TMS 疗 法，本人及监护人同意按照本研究治疗和观察者。（6）能顺利完成 fMRI 扫描，且进行 数据分析时（两人分析，进行交叉验证）头动不超过 5 毫米 5 度。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease;(2) H-Y ≤ 4;(3) Score of item 4 in FTMTRS Part A ≤2, score of item 5 and 6 in FTMTRS Part A ≥1;(4) The onset age was more than 40 years old, symptoms lasted for more than one year, and no drug regimen was adjusted within one month;(5) Can accept TMS therapy, I and my guardian agree to the treatment and observer according to this study.(6) fMRI scan can be successfully completed, and the head movement during data analysis (two-person analysis, cross-validation) is no more than 5 mm 5 degrees.

排除标准：

（1）有严重脑器质性疾病，如癫痫、脑卒中、脑炎、脑外伤等，或者 存在严重躯体疾病如恶性肿瘤、急性心衰、多器官衰竭等；（2）有精神疾病、酒精和药 物依赖史；（3）胸部以上，尤其是颅内或心脏，放置有金属植入物者；（4）妊娠期或哺 乳期女性;

Exclusion criteria：

(1) serious organic brain diseases, such as epilepsy, stroke, encephalitis, brain trauma, etc., or serious physical diseases, such as malignant tumor, acute heart failure, multiple organ failure, etc.;(2) a history of mental illness, alcohol or drug dependence;(3) those with metal implants above the chest, especially inside the skull or heart;(4) pregnant or breastfeeding women;
