研究目的：

研究通过测定VUR患者血液及尿液中肝素结合蛋白（HBP）水平，寻求尿液HBP作为VUR早期肾损伤生物标志物的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the level of heparin-binding protein (HBP) in blood and urine of patients with VUR, and to seek the clinical application value of urine HBP as a biomarker of early renal injury in VUR.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

肝素结合蛋白 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Heparin binding protein（HBP） 

纳入标准：

(1)经VCUG影像学检查确诊为VUR，且按照国际反流委员会进行五级分类；已完善99mTc-DMSA肾静态显像检查以确定肾脏瘢痕的存在和严重程度；
(2) 患儿的父母或法定监护人书面知情同意，依从性好，能定期复查并接受随访。
（3）年龄≤14岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) VUR was diagnosed by VCUG imaging examination, and classified into five categories according to the International Reflux Commission; 99mTc-DMSA renal static imaging examination has been improved to determine the existence and severity of renal scar; (2) Parents or legal guardians of children have written informed consent, good compliance, regular review and follow-up. (3) Age ≤14 years old.

排除标准：

(1)其他原因所致继发性VUR，如神经源性膀胱、后尿道瓣膜、重复肾等。
(2)患有其他疾病，如急、慢性肾病、泌尿系结石、肾盂输尿管连接处狭窄等。
(3)未接受按计划的影像学检查或首次评估时未采集样本者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary Vul caused by other reasons, such as neurogenic bladder, posterior urethral valve, duplication kidney, etc. (2) Suffering from other diseases, such as acute and chronic kidney diseases, urinary calculi, narrow ureteropelvic junction, etc. (3) Those who did not receive the planned imaging examination or did not collect samples at the first evaluation.
