研究目的：

（1）证明针刺治疗产后腹直肌分离疗效确切，有效率更高，在改善患者生活质量方面疗效更明显。 （2）通过观察应用脾经丛刺法治疗产后腹直肌分离的临床疗效，为临床治疗产后腹直肌分离提供新思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) It's will prove that acupuncture is effective in treating postpartum rectus abdominis separation, with higher efficiency and more obvious effect in improving patients' quality of life. (2) By observing the clinical effect of applying the spleen meridian cluster needling method to treat postpartum rectus abdominis separation, a new idea and method were provided for clinical treatment of postpartum rectus abdominis separation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述诊断标准的产后病理性腹直肌分离患者；
（2）产后＞42d且恶露已经干净的患者；
（3）年龄20-50岁，产后3年内的妇女；
（4）于本院治疗前未接受其他治疗方案的产后妇女；
（5）盆底肌Ⅰ类肌及Ⅱ类肌肌力已达到3级或超过3级；
（6）愿意接受针灸治疗，有康复愿望的腹直肌分离患者；
（7）自愿参加本次研究的知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Postpartum pathological rectus abdominis separation patients meeting the above diagnostic criteria;
(2) Patients with postpartum ＞ 42d and lochia has been cleaned;
(3) Women aged 20-50 years and within 3 years after delivery;
(4) Postpartum women who did not receive other treatment programs before treatment in the hospital;
(5) The muscle strength of class I and class II pelvic floor muscles has reached or exceeded grade 3;
(6) Patients with rectus abdominis separation who are willing to receive acupuncture treatment and have the desire to recover;
(7) Informed consent persons who volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）有严重精神障碍者；
（2）合并产褥期感染及胃肠粘连者；
（3）晕针及其他不能耐受针灸治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with serious mental disorder;
(2) Patients with puerperal infection and gastrointestinal adhesion;
(3) Acupuncture sickness and other patients who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment.
