研究目的：

本课题通过观察左西孟旦应用后ECMO撤机成功率，撤机后血管活性药物应用时间及应用剂量，脏器低灌注相关并发症、机械通气时间等方面，评价左西孟旦应用于ECMO撤机的安全性、有效性及综合效益，为临床提供新的治疗思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the safety, effectiveness and comprehensive benefits of levosimendan application in ECMO weaning by observing the success rate of ECMO weaning after levosimendan application, the application time and dosage of vasoactive drugs after weaning, complications related to organ hypoperfusion, and the duration of mechanical ventilation, so as to provide a new treatment idea for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

年龄大于18周岁，因心源性休克行VA-ECMO辅助的患者，并最终达到撤机标准。

Inclusion criteria

Patients older than 18 years of age who underwent VA-ECMO for cardiogenic shock and finally reached the weaning criteria.

排除标准：

VA-ECMO辅助时间小于48小时，疾病不可逆导致无法撤机，同时应用主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）辅助者，严重肝肾功能不全，未控制的甲状腺疾病，严重的原发性瓣膜病变，心包疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who received VA-ECMO assistance for less than 48 hours and could not be weaved due to irreversible disease and were assisted with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) had severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, uncontrolled thyroid disease, severe primary valvular disease, and pericardial disease.
