本研究旨在研究固本调神针刺前后对轻中度抑郁症患者免疫图谱的影响，探讨固本调神针刺的免疫调控作用及对脑区空间转录图谱的影响，为进一步揭示固本调神针治疗轻中度抑郁症的生物学机制提供系统的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the acupuncture method of consolidating the essence and regulating the mind on the immune profiles of patients with mild to moderate depression before and after acupuncture, to investigate the immune regulatory effects of the acupuncture method of consolidating the essence and regulating the mind and the effects on the spatial transcriptional profiles of brain regions, and to provide a systematic scientific basis for further revealing the biological mechanisms of the acupuncture method of consolidating the essence and regulating the mind in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.

纳入标准：

① 符合西医诊断标准；
② 性别女，年龄 18～45 岁，初中（含）及以上学历；（为排除性别导致的免疫模式差异，本次研究仅针对女性进行研究。）
③ 7 分 < HAMD17 评分 ≤ 24 分，符合轻中度抑郁症诊断标准；
④ 签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。
健康对照组纳入标准：
① 性别女，年龄 18～45 岁，初中（含）及以上学历；
② HAMD17 评分 ≤ 7 分；
③ 无高血压、心脏病等慢性病史；
④ 近期未服用阿莫西林等抗炎类药物。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients with mild to moderate depression.
① meeting Western medical diagnostic criteria.
② Female gender, age 18 to 45 years, junior high school (inclusive) or above; (To exclude immune modality differences due to gender
(To exclude immune modality differences due to gender, this study was conducted only for females.)
③ 7 points < HAMD17 score ≤ 24 points, meeting the diagnostic criteria of mild to moderate depression.
④ Those who signed the informed consent form and voluntarily participated in this study.
Healthy control group inclusion criteria.
① Female sex, age 18 to 45 years old, junior high school (including) or above.
② HAMD17 score ≤ 7.
③ No history of chronic diseases such as hypertension and heart disease.
④ No recent use of anti-inflammatory drugs such as amoxicillin.

排除标准：

① HAMD17 评分 > 24 分；
② 有自杀倾向者；
③ 伴有其它急性或慢性炎症性疾病；
④ 既往诊断有自杀倾向、精神分裂症、躁郁症或其他精神障碍类疾病；
⑤ 酗酒或滥用药物者；
④ 6 周内（含 6 周）服用过抗抑郁药物者；
⑤ 妊娠、备孕。

Exclusion criteria：

① HAMD17 score > 24.
② Suicidal person.
③with other acute or chronic inflammatory diseases.
④ previous diagnosis of suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other psychiatric disorders
⑤ Alcohol or substance abusers.
④ Those who have taken antidepressants within 6 weeks (including 6 weeks).
⑤ Pregnancy or pregnancy preparation.

Disposable flat-tipped acupuncture needles (0.25 mm × 25 mm) were used. The operation points were the same as those of the simple real acupuncture group. The bottom of the fixed soft rubber cushion was adhered to the skin of the acupoints, and the comfort needles were used to stab the acupoints directly, so that the patients had the sensation of needling, and then the comfort needles were placed in the plastic tubes of the soft rubber cushions that accompanied the sham needles.
