Objectives of Study：

Promote enhanced postoperative recovery of lung cancer patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-70岁者；
2.ASA分级I~II级者；
3.符合早中期非小细胞肺癌（I~II期）诊断者；
4.符合手术适应症，拟行择期VATS-L术式者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 70 years;
2. ASA classification I-II grade;
3. Diagnosed with early to medium-term non-small cell lung cancer (stage I to II);
4. Elective VATS-L surgery under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.行急诊手术者；
2.围术期各种穿刺或神经阻滞禁忌；
3.患者拒绝或研究者认为患者存在非气管内插管麻醉禁忌者；
4.肺癌治疗后复发者；符合手术禁忌症；
5.妊娠和哺乳期妇女；
6.严重系统性疾病者（如未经控制的高血压、糖尿病、恶液质等）；
7.有酗酒史、药物依赖史、服用违禁药物史者；
8.术前3个月内参加其他临床研究的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who undergo emergency surgery;
2. Contraindications to various punctures or nerve blocks in the peri-operative period;
3. Contraindications to non-intubated general anesthesia;
4. Patients who relapse after treatment of lung cancer or meet the contraindications to surgery;
5. Pregnant and lactating women;
6. Severe systemic diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, cachexia, etc.);
7. People with a history of alcoholism, drug dependence, and illicit drug use;
8. Patients participating in other clinical studies within 3 months before surgery.
