研究目的：

对早期骨关节病伴急性不可复性关节盘前移位/可复性关节盘前移位的青少年及年轻患者进行关节盘非手术复位联合前伸位合垫治疗，定性及定量评估其治疗早期骨节病骨缺损的有效性.  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of physical disc reduction for condylar bone remodeling in patients with early-stage temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：12-30岁；
2.早期骨关节病：CBCT表现为髁突表面骨皮质影像消失，并可见小的骨缺损；
3.采用DC/TMD诊断标准及MRI，诊断为急性不可复性关节盘前移位者或可复性关节盘前移位者；
4.自愿加入，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 12 to 30 years old;
2. Early osteoarthritis: CBCT shows surface erosion/destruction and/or cortical discontinuity;
3. Using DC / TMD diagnostic criteria and MRI, the patients were diagnosed with acute anterior disc displacement without reduction or anterior disc displacement with reduction;
4. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.全身性多关节炎，风湿或类风湿性关节炎；
2.急性滑膜炎或化脓性关节炎；
3.系统性疾病或其他疾病；
4.有明显的心理问题，如焦虑、抑郁；
5.既往接受过颞下颌关节手术治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of systematic joint diseases (eg, rheumatoid arthritis);
2. Presence of acute synovitis or suppurative TMJ arthritis;
3. Systematic disorders;
4. Presence of psychological distress including anxiety and depression;
5. History of TMJ surgery.
