观察长蛇灸联合盆底肌训练对肾阳虚型压力性尿失禁患者BND、PUVA的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of long snake moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training on BND and PUVA in patients with stress urinary incontinence of kidney-yang deficiency type

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合压力性尿失禁诊断标准；
②年龄在30-60岁的经产妇患者；
③轻中度压力性尿失禁；
④自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书；
⑤近1个月未针对该病进行治疗或服用影响下尿路功能的药物；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of appeal; 2. Multiparous women aged 30-60 years; 3. Mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 5. No treatment for the disease or take drugs affecting lower urinary tract function in the past 1 month;

排除标准：

①不符合上述纳入标准的其他病例;②妊娠或月经期妇女;③既往有盆腔手术史者。④合并泌尿系统或盆底急性感染、膀胱结石或肿瘤以及神经源性膀胱，不稳定性膀胱或急迫性尿失禁；⑤合并有严重的心脑血管、肝、肾及神经系统等严重疾病及精神障碍患者。⑥盆底感知障碍，不能配合诊疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other cases that do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. Pregnant or menstrual women; 3. Previous pelvic surgery history. 4. Combined with acute urinary system or pelvic floor infection, bladder stones or tumors and neurogenic bladder, unstable bladder or urge urinary incontinence; 5. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and nervous system and other serious diseases and mental disorders. 6 Pelvic floor perception disorder, unable to cooperate with the diagnosis and treatment.

研究者将符合本课题纳入标准的90例研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组，每组研究对象各45例；根据随机数字表制作随机分配卡片，密封于信封中，信封上写上编号，由专人保管，当合格受试者选入研究时，将调查对象编号，再打开相应编号的信封，按照信封内卡片上的方案进行治疗。
