研究目的：

1. 构建孕前超重、肥胖影响泌乳启动及母乳喂养的理论模型。2.进行前瞻性的纵向队列研究以验证理论模型，并探讨孕前超重、肥胖影响泌乳启动及母乳喂养的作用通道及路径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a theoretical model of the impact of pre-pregnancy overweight and obesity on lactation initiation and breastfeeding.2. Conduct a prospective longitudinal cohort study to verify the theoretical model and explore the channels and pathways of pre-pregnancy overweight and obesity affecting lactation initiation and breastfeeding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①足月单胎初产妇（自然分娩或剖宫产）；②年龄≥20岁；③孕前BMI ≥18.5 kg/m2且有母乳喂养意愿者；④小学及以上文化程度；⑤分娩健康新生儿，新生儿出生后1min及5min Apgar评分>7分；⑥自愿参加本研究且意识清楚，能够理解并配合研究者。

Inclusion criteria

① Full-term singleton primiparous women (natural delivery or cesarean section); ② Age≥ 20 years old; ③ Pre-pregnancy BMI≥18.5 kg/m2 and willingness to breastfeed; ④ Having primary school education or above; ⑤ Delivery of healthy newborns, the Apgar score of the neonates at 1 and 5 minutes after birth was >7; ⑥Volunteering to participate in this study with clear consciousness and having the ability to understand and cooperate with researchers.

排除标准：

①具有母乳喂养禁忌症，如合并严重心肺并发症、精神疾病不建议母乳喂养者；②做过乳房手术，有隆胸术史等；③因各种原因造成的母婴分离导致分娩首日不能正常直接母乳喂养。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who have contraindications to breastfeed, such as serious cardiopulmonary complications and mental illness; ② have had breast surgery or have a history of breast augmentation, etc.;③Mother-infant separation due to various reasons
