研究目的:

1.明确蛋白质组学在筛选 MPE 特异性蛋白标记物中的价值,新发现 MPE 相关蛋白质 标记物 3-5 种,与常规肿瘤标记物比较,评估相关蛋白质作为诊断 MPE 新型标记 物的临床可行性; 2. 通过机器学习的临床数据挖掘,构建诊断基于支持向量机的 MPE 的临床预测模型, 并探索其临床诊断价值; 3. 探索基于 MPE 特异性蛋白质检测联合基于临床数据机器学习的 MPE 诊断模型对 MPE 的临床诊断价值,为 MPE 的诊断提供新的方法与依据  

Objectives of Study:

1.To clarify the value of proteomics in screening MPE specific protein markers, 3-5 new MPE related protein markers were found, and the clinical feasibility of related proteins as new markers for the diagnosis of MPE was evaluated by comparing these new protein markers with conventional tumor markers; 2. Construct the clinical prediction model of MPE based on support vector machine and explore its clinical diagnostic value through clinical data mining of machine learning; 3. Explore the clinical diagnostic value of MPE diagnosis model based on MPE specific protein detection combined with machine learning based on clinical data, and provide new methods and evidence for the diagnosis of MPE

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

MPE 患者纳入标准如下: (1)胸腔积液脱落细胞学阳性; (2)胸膜活检组织中查见肿瘤细胞;
良性胸腔积液患者的纳入 (1)结核性胸膜炎:胸膜活检组织查见肉芽肿,抗酸染色阳性;胸腔积液抗酸染色或结 核培养阳性;胸腔积液腺苷脱氨酶≥45IU/L,对抗结核治疗有效 (2)心源性胸腔积液:患者既往心衰病史,心脏彩超证实心衰,BNP 升高,对利尿剂治 疗敏感; (3)肺炎旁胸腔积液:患者明确诊断肺炎,对抗生素治疗敏感; (4)其他:肾病综合征、肝硬化、低蛋白血症等导致的胸腔积液

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for MPE patients were as follows: (1) Positive cytology of pleural effusion; (2) Tumor cells were detected in pleural biopsy tissue;
Inclusion of patients with benign pleural effusion: (1) tuberculous pleuritis: granuloma was detected in pleural biopsy tissue, and acid-fast staining was positive; Acid fast staining or nucleation culture of pleural effusion was positive. (2) Cardiogenic pleural effusion: The patient had a history of heart failure, heart failure confirmed by color doppler echocardiography, increased BNP, and sensitive to diuretic treatment; (3) Parapneumonic pleural effusion: the patient was clearly diagnosed with pneumonia and was sensitive to antibiotic treatment; (4) Others: pleural effusion caused by nephrotic syndrome, cirrhosis, hypoproteinemia, etc

排除标准:

危重症患者;年龄小于18岁患者。
