研究目的：

本研究目的是明确结肠腺瘤-癌演进过程中肠道菌群失调是否为导致结直肠癌的直接原因还是仅仅只是继发效应，从而破译驱动结直肠癌的特定致病菌群或代谢产物并探寻其潜在机制，同时为而且为寻求将肠道微生物作为治疗与预防结直肠癌靶点的研发提供新的有益的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the imbalance of intestinal flora is the direct cause of colorectal cancer or just a secondary effect during the evolution of colorectal adenoma cancer, so as to decipher the specific pathogenic flora or metabolites driving colorectal cancer and explore its potential mechanism, and at the same time, to provide new and useful ideas for the research and development of intestinal microorganisms as a target for the treatment and prevention of colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18～75周岁行结肠镜检查的人群，性别不限。
2.按指南使用3-4L PEG，使用祛泡剂，可加服用辅助用药进行肠道准备。
3.退镜时间≥6mins（不包括活检时间），留图证明。
4.病例录入原则：连续上报、定机和定人，避免选择性录入数据。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age of 18-75 years old for colonoscopy is not limited to gender.
2. Use 3-4L PEG according to the guidelines, use antifoam agents, and take auxiliary drugs for intestinal preparation.
3. Withdrawal time ≥ 6min (excluding biopsy time), with pictures to prove.
4. Principle of case entry: continuous reporting, fixed machine and fixed person, avoiding selective data entry.

排除标准：

1.既往有急性心梗病史(6个月内)，有严重的心、肝、肾功能不全，或精神疾患。
2.正在服用阿司匹林、华法林等抗凝药者，或存在凝血功能障碍者。
3.炎症性肠病复查及家族性肠息肉病患者。
4.正参加其它临床观察试验或60天内曾参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of acute myocardial infarction (within 6 months), severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, or mental illness.
2. People who are taking aspirin, warfarin and other anticoagulants, or have coagulation dysfunction.
3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and familial intestinal polyposis.
4. Those who are participating in other clinical observation trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 60 days.
