研究目的：

绝经是女性生命发展过程中必然经历的自然生理现象。在绝经前后，伴随着卵巢功能的衰弱，雌激素水平下降，女性会出现多种绝经相关症状、组织萎缩退化和代谢功能紊乱，导致一系列身心健康问题。随着人类寿命的延长，绝经过渡期和绝经后期已成为女性生命周期最长的阶段。如何减轻或者缓解更年期女性的症状，提高和改善其生命质量将成为研究重点。益生菌可以通过改善宿主肠道微生物菌群的平衡而发挥作用。目前为止，已经发现益生菌具有改善肠道菌群结构，抑制病原菌，消除致癌因子，提高机体免疫力，降低胆固醇等生理作用。该研究对益生菌对改善女性更年期症状的能力进行人群实验评价  

Objectives of Study：

Menopause is a natural physiological phenomenon that women must experience in the process of life development. With the weakening of ovarian function and the decline of estrogen levels, women will experience a variety of menopause-related symptoms, tissue atrophy and degeneration, and metabolic dysfunction, resulting in a series of physical and mental health problems. How to alleviate the symptoms of menopausal women and improve the quality of life of menopausal women will become the focus of research. This study conducted a population experimental evaluation of the ability of probiotics to improve menopausal symptoms in women

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄为40-60岁围绝经期女性患者；
（1）Kupperman评分表>6分或任意单项评分≥2分;
（2）血清学激素水平：FSH≥30IU/L；
（3）具有一定沟通能力；
（4）愿意进行乳酸菌干预者；
（5）理解并签署相关知情同意者;

Inclusion criteria

Perimenopausal women aged 40-60 years;
(1) Kupperman score > 6 points or any single score ≥ 2 points;
(2) Serum hormone level: FSH≥30IU/L;
(3) Have certain communication skills;
(4) Those who are willing to intervene with lactic acid bacteria;

排除标准：

（1）已知或可疑乳腺癌、已知或可疑患有性激素依赖性恶性肿瘤、血液疾病、肝肾功能障碍性疾病、血栓静脉炎者；
（2）合并冠心病心绞痛、高血压危象及其他严重基础疾病者； （3）既往有性腺相关的内分泌疾病者；
（4）既往有精神疾病者；
（5）处理期间需服用抗生素患者；
（6）近三个月内有服用雌激素和类雌激素补充剂者；
（7）负责临床研究的医师认为有不适合参与研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Known or suspected breast cancer, known or suspected sex hormone-dependent malignant tumor, blood disease, liver and kidney dysfunction disease, thrombophlebitis;
(2) Patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, hypertensive crisis and other serious underlying diseases;
(3) Patients with previous gonadal-related endocrine diseases;
(4) Those with previous mental illness;
(5) Patients who need to take antibiotics during treatment;
(6) Those who have taken estrogen and estrogen-like supplements within the past three months;
(7) The physician in charge of the clinical research believes that there are other conditions that are not suitable for participating in the research.

研究组中专人使用目前无锡锡山人民医院电子病历系统完成病例记录表、电子数据采集和管理：对专职人员先进行相关培训，双份录入、实时纠错、在线数据传送、对不同职务的研究人员设置不同权限。另外，该数据库管理系统具备可溯源性，对数据进行的任何更改或更正均签字、注明日期并解释原因，并记录数据修改留痕
