研究目的：

神经内分泌失调是PCOS-IR的重要特征，针对神经内分泌靶点的调控可能有益于PCOS-IR患者代谢和生殖功能的恢复。课题组前期研究显示针灸治疗PCOS-IR疗效确切。本研究在此基础上，拟从神经内分泌的角度出发，以β-内啡肽—胰岛素通路作为切入点，探讨针灸干预PCOS-IR可能的效应机制，以期提高PCOS-IR患者临床妊娠率、降低早期流产率，改善胰岛素抵抗。  

Objectives of Study：

Neuroendocrine disorders are an important feature of PCOS-IR, and regulation of neuroendocrine targets may be beneficial to the recovery of metabolic and reproductive functions in PCOS-IR patients. Our previous study showed that acupuncture and moxibustion had definite curative effect on PCOS-IR. On this basis, this study intends to explore the possible effect mechanism of acupuncture intervention on PCOS-IR from the perspective of neuroendocrine, taking β-endorphin-insulin pathway as the entry point, in order to improve the clinical pregnancy rate, reduce the early abortion rate and improve insulin resistance in PCOS-IR patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）同时符合PCOS和胰岛素抵抗的诊断标准；（2）年龄在20-40岁之间；（3）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnostic criteria for both PCOS and insulin resistance were met; (2) Between 20 and 40 years old; (3) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）排除其他原因导致的高雄激素血症者，如Cushing综合征、迟发型先天性肾上腺皮质增生、分泌雄激素的卵巢和肾上腺肿瘤等，以及其他导致排卵功能障碍的疾病者，如垂体或下丘脑性闭经、高泌乳素血症、卵巢早衰等；（2）合并糖尿病、甲状腺功能异常等内分泌疾病，自身免疫疾病、恶性肿瘤；（3）3个月内接受过PCOS相关治疗，包括应用短效避孕药、抗雄激素、促排卵药或卵巢打孔手术等；（4）妊娠期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Exclude hyperandrogenemia caused by other causes, such as Cushing syndrome, delayed congenital adrenal hyperplasia, androgen secreting ovarian and adrenal tumors, and other diseases leading to ovulation dysfunction, such as pituitary or hypothalamic amenorrhea, hyperprolactinemia, premature ovarian failure, etc.; (2) diabetes, thyroid dysfunction and other endocrine diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors; (3) Received PCOS-related treatment within 3 months, including short-acting contraceptives, anti-androgens, ovulation promoting drugs or ovarian perforation surgery; (4) Pregnancy or lactation period.
