研究目的：

①完善并优化结肠癌E-nose呼气图谱数据库；②构建结肠癌“证”转归模型；③开展临床实证研究，验证该模型作为结肠癌远处转移预测工具的效能  

Objectives of Study：

①To optimize the E-nose breath atlas database of distant metastasis in colon cancer; ②To construct the model of the prognosis of syndrome in colon cancer; ③Conducting an empirical study to verify the effectiveness of the model as a predictive tool for distant metastasis of colon cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例组纳入标准：①经病理组织学确诊为结肠癌患者；②年龄＞18岁，性别不限；③自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书
健康对照组纳入标准：①根据疾病的临床诊断标准，无癌症诊断病史，3个月内无急性疾病诊断，且未接受任何治疗者；②年龄＞18岁，性别不限；③签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

Case group: ①Cases had histologically confirmed colon cancer; ②The patients were all greater than 18 years of age and were recruited without regard to sex; ③All patients agreed to participate in this study and signed written informed consent.
Healthy comparison group: ①Subjects had no history of cancer, and they did not have acute disease diagnosis within 3 months or receive any therapy; ②The patients were all greater than 18 years of age and were recruited without regard to sex; ③All patients agreed to participate in this study and signed written informed consent.

排除标准：

①临床诊断为遗传性非息肉病性结直肠癌或家族性腺瘤性息肉病；②存在其它恶性肿瘤史；③患有呼吸道感染疾病、口腔疾病、肝硬化、慢性肾功能不全、肠梗阻、食道憩室、糖尿病非酮症性高渗综合征和糖尿病酮症酸中毒等合并疾病；④近1月内使用过抗生素类药物；⑤吸毒人员或口腔异味者；⑥存在严重的精神障碍（感知障碍、思维障碍等）

Exclusion criteria：

①The clinical diagnosis was of familial adenomatous polyposis or hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer; ②Patients with a history of other malignancy; ③Subjects had comorbid illnesses such as respiratory infection, oral Diseases, cirrhosis, chronic renal insufficiency, bowel obstruction, oesophagus diverticulosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar non- ketotic syndrome and diabetic ketoacidosis; ④Subjects have used antibiotics in the last month; ⑤subjects were drug users or had a bad taste in the mouth; ⑥subjects were severe mental disorders (e.g., perceived barriers or barriers in the mind)
