研究目的：

本临床试验旨在评价急性心肌梗死患者于导管室行PCI术前应用PCSK9抑制剂的降脂效果及临床获益情况。  

Objectives of Study：

This clinical trial aims to evaluate lipid-lowering effect and clinical benefit of PCSK9 inhibitor in patients with acute myocardial infarction before PCI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

满足以下所有标准的患者可以纳入：:
1.年龄≥18周岁；
2.冠脉造影明确ASCVD所致急性心肌梗死诊断，需行PCI；
3.术前LDL-C＞2.6mmol/L；若患者规范服用他汀类药物持续4周以上则LDL-C＞1.4mmol/L（55mg/dL）；
4.患者知情同意、自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who meet all of the following criteria can be included:
1.Aged >= 18 years;
2.Coronary angiography confirmed the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction caused by ASCVD,and PCI is required.
3.Ldl-c>2.6mmol/L before PCI; Ldl-c>1.4mmol/L(55mg/dL) before PCI in patients who have been receiving stable treatment with statin within≥4 weeks prior to enrollment
4.Ability to understand the requirements of the study and to provide informed consent.

排除标准：

凡是至少具有下列一项者不能入选本研究：
1.无法配合随访；
2.PCSK9抑制剂使用禁忌（过敏体质等）；
3.既往应用PCSK9抑制剂；
4.近期（3个月内）应用其他生物制剂、免疫抑制剂、免疫调节剂、抗代谢药物；
5.合并恶性肿瘤、免疫系统疾病、严重感染等可能影响预后的疾病；
6.已登记入选其他可能影响本研究目的或结果的临床试验；
7.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
8.合并预期生存时间＜1年的非心血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Anyone who has at least one of the following will not be included in this study:
1.Unable to cooperate with follow-up;
2.Contraindication of PCSK9 inhibitor use (allergic constitution, etc.);
3.Previous use of PCSK9 inhibitors;
4.Recent (within 3 months) use of other biological agents, immunosuppressants, immunomodulators, anti-metabolic drugs;
5.Complicated with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, severe infections and other diseases that may affect the prognosis;
6.Has been included in other clinical trials that may affect the purpose or results of this study;
7.Pregnant or lactating women;
8.Non-cardiovascular disease with expected survival < 1 year.
