研究目的：

1. 主要目的：确定左侧卧位与平卧位状态行可视喉镜下左双腔支气管导管插管在插管时间和首次插管成功率方面的非劣效性。 2. 次要目的：探索左侧卧位状态进行可视喉镜下左双腔支气管导管插管是否能不增加插管次数，可减少手术开始前使用纤维支气管镜调整导管的次数，缩短手术准备时间。不增加术中调管次数，减少参与体位摆放的医务人员数目，减少患者术后体位相关疼痛及神经损伤的发生率，不增加插管损伤，如口腔损伤、术后咽痛、隆突损伤等发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To determine the non-inferiority of the left double-lumen endobronchial intubation in the left supine and supine position in terms of the intubation time and the success rate of the first intubation. 2. Secondary purpose: To explore whether the use of left bilateral endotracheal intubation under visual laryngoscopy in the left supine position can not increase the number of intubation, reduce the use of fiberbronchoscope to adjust the catheter before the start of surgery, and shorten the preparation time for surgery.And whether it will not increase the number of intraoperative tube adjustments, reduce the number of medical personnel involved in body posture placement, reduce the incidence of postoperative body position-related pain and nerve injury in patients, and does not increase the incidence of intubation injury, such as oral injury, postoperative sore throat injury, and bulge injury.

纳入标准：

①拟行择期左侧卧位安置下全身麻醉单肺通气的胸外科手术患者，性别不限。
②年龄18-75岁
③ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

① Schedule for elective thoracic surgery with one-lung ventilation under general anesthesia in the left lateral position with unlimited sex.
② Age between 18 and 75 years old
③ ASA II-III

排除标准：

①可能出现插管困难或面罩通气困难，即甲颏间距＜6cm、张口度＜2.5cm、Mallampati分级Ⅲ、Ⅳ级、头颈活动度异常、BMI＞30kg/m2等
②既往有明确困难气道史
③上呼吸道解剖异常、既往气管切开史

Exclusion criteria：

① May have difficulty in intubation or mask ventilation, i.e, chin spacing <6cm, mouth opening <2.5cm, Mallampati III or Ⅳ, abnormal head and neck mobility, BMI> 30 kg/m2, etc.
② Prior history of a definite difficult airway
③ Abnormal anatomy of upper airway, history of previous tracheostomy
