研究目的：

基于课题组前期构建的NSCLC患者围术期运动方案，对围术期NSCLC患者进行大规模干预性研究，验证该运动方案对患者的影响及临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the perioperative exercise program for NSCLC patients constructed in the early stage of the research group, a large-scale interventional study was conducted on perioperative NSCLC patients to verify the impact of the exercise program on patients and the clinical application effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理组织学诊断为NSCLC，择期进行胸腔镜微创肺切除手术；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.患者有小学及以上文化水平，具有良好的语言表达和理解能力；
4.清楚自身病情并同意参加本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Histopathologically diagnosed as NSCLC, elective thoracoscopic minimally invasive lung resection;
2. Aged >= 18 years;
3. The patient has an education level of primary school or above, and has good language expression and comprehension skills;
4. Be aware of your own condition and agree to participate in this research.

排除标准：

1.肢体功能障碍的患者；
2.合并其他癌症的患者；
3.术前行放化疗患者；
4.行全肺切除术患者；
5.正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with limb dysfunction;
2. Patients with other cancers;
3. Patients with preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
4. Patients undergoing pneumonectomy;
5. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
