研究目的：

比较PAS-7和APAIS对国人术前焦虑的诊断价值是否有差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the diagnostic value of PAS-7 and APAIS for preoperative anxiety in Chinese people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

根据纳排标准纳入择期手术病人，术前一天在病房以问卷的形式完成状态焦虑量表、阿姆斯特丹术前焦虑问卷、围手术期焦虑量表-7，填写患者基本信息量表。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients scheduled for elective surgery were included according to the admission and exclusion criteria. One day before surgery, The state vision of State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, The Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale, and Perioperative Anxiety Scale-7 were completed in the ward in the form of a questionnaire, and the patient's basic information scale was filled out. 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-80岁 ；
②ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级 ；
③母语是中文 ；
④可以独立或医生帮助下完成问卷。

Inclusion criteria

①Age 18-80 years old;
②ASA I-III level;
③Native Chinese speaker;
④The questionnaire can be completed independently or with the help of a doctor.

排除标准：

①有精神病史或认知功能障碍的患者；
②急诊手术;
③拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment;
② Emergency surgery;
③ Refuse to participate in the research.
