Objectives of Study：

To clarify the correlation between intestinal flora and diversity of metabolites and antidepressant efficacy of SSRIs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合DSM-V中有关抑郁症的临床诊断标准；
2.汉密尔顿抑郁量评分需大于等于18分；
3.年龄≥18岁；
4.首次发作的抑郁症患者，未服用过其他任何抗抑郁药物；
5.能理解并配合完成量表评定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the DSM-V clinical diagnostic criteria for depression;
2. Hamilton depression score should be greater than or equal to 18 points;
3. Aged >=18 years;
4. Patients with first-time depression who have not taken any other antidepressants;
5. Able to understand and cooperate with the completion of scale assessment.

排除标准：

1.伴有其他的精神类疾病或既往有其他的精神类疾病患者；
2.既往有脑器质性病变或脑部受到过严重外伤者；
3.伴有严重的心、肝、肾功能不全，代谢性疾病以及其他严重性身体疾病者；
4.处于妊娠或哺乳期的妇女；
5.近一个月内连续服用或使用过抗生素（或）微生态调节剂者；
6.实验室常规检查（如肝功能、血常规和尿常规等）异常者；
7.3个月内参加过另一个临床研究；
8.有严重的自杀倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other mental diseases or previous mental diseases;
2. Previous organic brain lesions or severe external injuries to the brain;
3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency, metabolic diseases and other serious physical diseases;
4. Pregnant or lactating patients;
5. Have taken or used antibiotics (or) microecological regulators continuously within the past month;
6. Abnormal laboratory routine examination (such as liver function, blood routine and urine routine);
7. Participated in another clinical study within 3 months;
8. Patients with serious suicidal tendencies.
