研究目的：

探讨iTBS、cTBS模式经颅磁刺激对帕金森病的作用及机制，为提高帕金森病的提供线索。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect and mechanism of iTBS and cTBS mode transcranial magnetic stimulation on Parkinson's disease, and provide clues for improving Parkinson's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合MDS-UPDRS帕金森病诊断标准；
②发病年龄在40-80之间；签署知情同意书；
③简易痴呆量表评分≥ 24 分；
④未接受治疗或服用稳定剂量的抗帕金森病药物治疗一个月，并在治疗期间保持此剂量。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet mdS-UPDRS diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease;
② The age of onset is between 40 and 80; Signed informed consent;
③ Score of simple Dementia scale ≥ 24;
④ Did not receive treatment or take a steady dose of anti-Parkinson's drugs for one month, and maintained the dose during the treatment.

排除标准：

1）诊断不明确或怀疑为其他帕金森叠加综合征的患者；
2）有脑卒中、头外伤、脑积水、脑肿瘤、颅内压增高和颅内手术史的患者；
3）体内有金属异物、心脏起搏器、耳蜗植入的患者；
4）不能配合静息态磁共振扫描；
5）简易精神状态评分(MMSE)≤24；
6）测评中出现听力改变、癫痫发作、晕厥、严重头痛或其他不适反应者；
7）酒精依赖、中枢神经系统药物依赖患者；
8）严重或近期患心、脑血管疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with unclear diagnosis or suspected of other Parkinson's syndrome;
2) Patients with a history of stroke, head trauma, hydrocephalus, brain tumor, increased intracranial pressure and intracranial surgery;
3) patients with metal foreign bodies, pacemakers and cochlear implants;
4) Can not cooperate with resting state MRI scanning;
5) MMSE ≤24;
6) Patients with hearing changes, seizures, syncope, severe headache or other uncomfortable reactions during the evaluation;
7) Patients with alcohol dependence or drug dependence of the central nervous system;
8) Patients with severe or recent cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.

由统计学专业人员提供试验随机分组电子版表格文件，利用SAS 软件固定种子数产生，采用区组随机法和计算机系统的中央随机法，在计算机上自动分配随机号及随机结果。根据随机结果使用对应的治疗方案对受试者进行治疗，并打印随机结果清单保存。
