研究目的：

通过进行前瞻性随机对照研究,探讨吲哚菁绿荧光显像技术在腹腔镜直肠癌侧方淋巴结清扫中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to investigate the application value of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in laparoscopic lateral lymph node dissection for rectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）直肠癌（肿瘤位于腹膜反折以下）；
（2）术前MRI示直肠侧方淋巴结短径≥10mm；
（3）具备传统腹腔镜手术的适应症；
（4）非多原发或复发癌；
（5）无术前放化疗；
（6）无远处转移；
（7）无肠梗阻、肠穿孔等合并症。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Rectal cancer (located below peritoneal reflection);
(2) Preoperative MRI showed that the short diameter of rectal lymph nodes is ≥10mm;
(3) Indications for laparoscopic surgery;
(4) Non-multiple primary or recurrent cancer;
(5) No preoperative chemoradiotherapy;
(6) No distant metastasis;
(7) No intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and other complications.

排除标准：

（1）合并肠梗阻、肠穿孔等需急诊手术；
（2）复发或多原发癌；
（3）存在腹腔镜手术禁忌症；
（4）侧方转移淋巴结侵犯梨状肌、骶丛神经或包绕髂外动静脉者；
（5）侧方淋巴结转移同时伴有远处转移而无法达到R0切除者；
（6）原发肿瘤无法达到R0切除；
（7）侧方及腹膜后淋巴结存在广泛转移。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and other complications which require emergency surgery;
(2) Recurrent or multiple primary colorectal cancer;
(3) Contraindications for laparoscopic surgery;
(4) Lateral metastatic lymph nodes invaded the piriformis muscle, sacral plexus nerve or circumvented external iliac arteriovenous;
(5) Patients with lateral lymph node metastasis accompanied by distant metastasis could not achieve R0 resection;
(6) The primary tumor could not be resected with R0;
(7) There was extensive lateral and retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis.
