研究目的：

比较不同电针参数治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的疗效差异，筛选电针治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的最佳参数  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the effect of electroacupuncture with different parameters on patients with Alzheimer's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

电针治疗组共三组，三组选穴，普通针刺，电针连接部位相同，电针参数分别调节： 组①：波形：连续波；频率：2Hz；电流强度：0.5-5.0mA，以患者耐受为度；时间：20min。 组②：波形：连续波；频率：100Hz；电流强度：0.5-5.0mA，以患者耐受为度；时间：20min。 组③：波形：疏密波；频率：2Hz/100Hz；电流强度：0.5-5.0mA，以患者耐受为度；时间：20min。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合DSM-IV-R痴呆诊断标准；
②符合NIA-AA标准中很可能AD标准；
③50岁≤年龄≤85岁；
④临床痴呆评定评分≥0.5分、MMSE评分≤26分；
⑤Hachinski缺血量表评分≤4分；
⑥签署知情同意书，自愿参加本试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the DSM-IV-R dementia diagnostic criteria;
(2) Comply with the NIA-AA standard in the most likely AD standard;
(3) 50≤age≤85;
(4) Clinical Dementia Rating≥0.5, MMSE≤26;
(5) Hachinski Ischemia Scale score≤4;
(6) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this trial.

排除标准：

①伴有严重脑血管疾病；
②伴有其他能够引起认知功能障碍或进行性记忆损害的疾病；
③药物引起的认知功能障碍或进行性记忆损害；
④严重畏针、晕针，皮肤严重感染的患者；
⑤患有严重心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、重度肝肾功能不全的患者；
⑥高度依赖护理设施的患者；
⑦最近2周内接受过针灸治疗；
⑧目前参与其他临床试验；
⑨拒绝签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) accompanied by severe cerebrovascular diseases;
(2) accompanied by other diseases that can cause cognitive dysfunction or progressive memory impairment;
(3) drug-induced cognitive dysfunction or progressive memory impairment;
(4) Patients with severe needle fear, needle sickness, and severe skin infection;
(5) Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney insufficiency;
(6) patients who are highly dependent on nursing facilities;
(7) Have received acupuncture treatment within the past 2 weeks;
(8) currently participating in other clinical trials.
(9) Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.

采用区组随机，根据受试者纳入顺序进行编号1-105，利用SPSS软件产生随机数字（105个），顺序不变给受试者编号赋值，再将随机数字从大到小排列，前35个为组①，中35个为组②，后35个为组③，将随机数字和组别密封于不透光的信封内进行随机分配隐藏。随机信封和分配由不参与治疗和评价的专人负责。
