研究目的：

观察悬灸热敏态“肺俞穴”对CARAS患者的影响，目的是拓宽CARAS的中医治疗思路以及为后续的过敏性疾病机制研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to observe the effect of suspension moxibustion of the heat-sensitive "Fei Shu" acupoint on patients with CARAS, with the aim of broadening the idea of Chinese medicine treatment for CARAS and laying the foundation for subsequent research on the mechanism of allergic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合过敏性鼻炎－哮喘综合征西医诊断标准，其中哮喘属于非临床缓解期，严重程度分级处于轻、中度；
② 符合中医＂鼻鼽＂和＂哮病＂的中医诊断；
③ 年龄20－60岁；
④ 自愿参与研究且签署知情同意书；
⑤ 患者精神状况良好，能正确表达热敏灸感。

Inclusion criteria

①the Western diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome were met [5,13], with asthma in non-clinical remission and a mild to moderate severity rating.
② The TCM diagnosis of "congested nose" and "croup" is met .
③ Age 20-60 years.
④ Voluntary participation in the study and signed informed consent.
⑤ Patients were in good mental condition and could correctly express the sensation of heat-sensitive moxibustion.

排除标准：

① 重度哮喘结核杆菌肿瘤等重症因素所引起的哮喘
② 合并鼻窦炎鼻窦鼻腔囊肿鼻息肉鼻前庭炎等其他非过敏性鼻炎患者合并上呼吸道感染、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺结核等呼吸系统疾病患者；
③艾灸部位皮肤缺损、溃疡等不适宜施行艾灸者；
④ 合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Asthma caused by severe asthma, mycobacterium tuberculosis, tumours and other severe factors.
② Patients with other non-allergic rhinitis such as combined sinusitis, sinus and nasal cysts, nasal polyps, nasal vestibulitis; patients with combined respiratory diseases such as upper respiratory tract infection, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tuberculosis, etc.
③ Patients with skin lesions or ulcers at the moxibustion site that are not suitable for moxibustion.
④ Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and haematopoietic system, as well as psychiatric patients.
