研究目的：

本研究通过对CBT与抗强迫药物在首发强迫症的治疗效果及可接受程度，以及对炎症因子及认知功能的影响。此外，探讨CBT是否可以有效治疗首发强迫症并探索其潜在的生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the therapeutic effect and acceptability of CBT and anti-obsessive-compulsive drugs in first-episode obsessive-compulsive disorder, as well as the influence on inflammatory factors and cognitive function were studied. In addition, to explore whether CBT can effectively treat first-episode obsessive-compulsive disorder and explore its potential biological mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册第5版》（DSM-5）中强迫症的诊断标准，且不伴有精神病性症状；
（2）Yale-Brown 强迫量表总分≥16 分；
（3）入组前未服用任何一种影响免疫系统的药物如非甾体类抗炎药物等；
（4）从未服用过抗强迫药物，或终身累计服药小于15天，并从未住过精神病医院；
（5）能够理解全部研究内容。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for obsessive-compulsive disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), without psychotic symptoms; (2) The total score of the Yale-Brown Compulsive Scale is ≥ 16 points; (3) Before enrollment, they did not take any drugs that affect the immune system, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (4) Have never taken anti compulsive drugs, or have taken drugs for less than 15 days in a lifetime, and have never been in a psychiatric hospital; (5) Be able to understand all research contents.

排除标准：

（1）有脑器质性疾病及其他中枢神经系统疾病史、躯体疾病史、精神活性物质使用史或药物依赖者；
（2）其他精神障碍如精神分裂症、心境障碍及抽动障碍等伴发强迫症状者；
（3）入组前接受过治疗强迫症的物理治疗，包括：电休克、rTMS、经颅磁刺激等；
（4）入组前经过系统心理治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of brain organic diseases and other central nervous system diseases, physical diseases, use of psychoactive substances or drug dependence; (2) Other mental disorders such as schizophrenia, mood disorders, and tic disorders accompanied by obsessive-compulsive symptoms; (3) Physical therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder including electric shock, rTMS, transcranial magnetic stimulation, etc.; (4) Those who received systematic psychotherapy before enrollment.
