研究目的：

评估线上饮食教育联合特殊低蛋白食品对于慢性肾病患者饮食依从性及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of online diet education combined with special low-protein food on diet compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18-65岁；
2）估计肾小球滤过率（eGFR）20-60 mL/min/1.73 m2，病情较为稳定（无急性炎症、传染病、甲状腺功能异常、消耗性疾病）；
3）1个月内无抗生素治疗；
4）3个月内无免疫抑制剂治疗；
5）无明显的短期体重减轻；24小时尿蛋白<3.5g，无严重的沟通或智力障碍，无已诊断的营养不良。患者均为接受肾内科医生治疗的门诊患者，并且之前没有针对肾病营养咨询过注册营养师。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-65;
2) The estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was 20-60 mL/min/1.73 m2, and the disease was stable (no acute inflammation, infectious disease, thyroid dysfunction, wasting disease);
3) No antibiotic treatment within one month;
4) No immunosuppressive therapy within 3 months;
5) No significant short-term weight loss; 24-hour urinary protein <3.5g, no severe communication or intellectual impairment, and no diagnosed malnutrition. All patients were outpatients treated by a nephrologist and had not previously consulted a registered dietitian regarding kidney disease nutrition.

排除标准：

1）孕妇和哺乳期妇女；
2）糖尿病患者；
3）严重的慢性消化道疾病患者；
4）临床医生认为不适合的病例；
5）拒绝签署知情同意书；
6）基线/随访资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant and lactating women;

2) Diabetic patients;

3) Patients with severe chronic digestive tract diseases;

4) Cases deemed inappropriate by clinicians;

5) Refusing to sign the informed consent;

6) Incomplete baseline/follow-up data.
