研究目的：

研究胸腰筋膜阻滞对经皮内镜下髓核切除术围术期患者镇痛效果，术中患者配合度及术后恢复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of thoracolumbar interfascia plane block on percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy in perioperative patients with perioperative analgesia, intraoperative patient coordination and postoperative recovery quality were studied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 选取择期行经皮内镜下腰椎髓核切除术患者，年龄18- 80岁，性别不限；
2. 美国麻醉医师协会分级（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）Ⅰ和Ⅱ级；
3. 体质指数（body mass index，BMI）18- 24 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1.Select patients undergoing percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy at the selected stage, aged 18-80 years, with no gender restrictions;
2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grades I and II;
3.Body mass index (BMI) 18- 24 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1. 严重的呼吸循环系统疾病：如严重的冠心病、慢阻肺等；
2. 内分泌系统疾病：垂体瘤、严重糖尿病、皮质醇增多征、嗜铬细胞瘤等；
3. 窦性心动过缓或房室传导阻滞 ；
4. 麻醉药过敏史；
5. 穿刺部位感染；
6. 精神心理疾病：如精神分裂、抑郁症、慢性镇痛药物服用史、酗酒史、阿片类药物依赖者或不能理解视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）；
7. 出血性疾病史或凝血功能异常者 ；
8. 焦虑或抑郁患者；
9. 孕妇或产妇；
10.腰椎间盘突出复发的患者；
11. 其他研究者认为不适合本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious respiratory and circulatory diseases: such as severe coronary heart disease, COPD, etc.;
2. Diseases of the endocrine system: pituitary tumor, severe diabetes, hypercortisol signs, pheochromocytoma, etc.;
3. Sinus bradycardia or AV block;
4. History of allergy to anesthetics;
5. Infection at the site of the puncture;
6. Mental illness such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesic drugs, history of alcoholism, opioid dependence or inability to understand visual analogue scale (VAS);
7. History of bleeding disorders or abnormal coagulation function;
8. Anxious or depressed patients;
9. Pregnant women or maternity;
10. Patients with recurrence of lumbar disc herniation;
11. Situations where other investigators find inappropriate for this study.
