研究目的：

探索不同CT扫描层厚，对引导圆孔射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of different CT scan slice thicknesses on guided round hole radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁；
2.根据ICHD-3诊断符合V2三叉神经痛或合并V1/V3三叉神经痛的患者；
3.术前NRS评分≥6；
4.病程＞1个月；
5.单独或联合应用卡马西平、加巴喷丁、普瑞巴林治疗后疼痛仍未缓解或不能耐受不良反应者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged > 18 years;
2. Patients diagnosed with V2 trigeminal neuralgia or combined with V1/V3 trigeminal neuralgia according to ICHD-3;
3. Preoperative NRS score >=6;
4. Course of disease > 1 month;
5. Patients with unrelieved pain or intolerable adverse reactions after carbamazepine, gabapentin and pregabalin treatment alone or in combination.

排除标准：

1.拒绝微创治疗及参与研究者；
2.继发性三叉神经痛，例如由占位性病变或多发性硬化症引起的三叉神经痛；
3.穿刺部位局部感染；
4.精神疾病或智能障碍；
5.严重肝、肾、心、肺疾病；⑥术前有凝血功能障碍或对局麻药过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse minimally invasive treatment and participate in researchers;
2. Secondary trigeminal neuralgia, such as trigeminal neuralgia caused by space-occupying lesions or multiple sclerosis;
3. Local infection at the puncture site;
4. Mental illness or intellectual disability;
5. Severe liver, kidney, heart and lung diseases; 6. Coagulation dysfunction or allergy to local anesthetics before surgery.
