研究目的：

客观评价九牛草热敏悬灸与南阳艾热敏悬灸之间的疗效及其疗效优势；比较九牛草热敏悬灸与常规南阳艾热敏悬灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效，为后续多中心、大样本试验奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Objectively evaluate the efficacy and advantages of Jiuoxao heat suspension moxibustion and Nanyang Ai heat sensitive suspension moxibustion. To compare the efficacy of Jiuoxuo thermal suspension moxibustion and conventional Nanyang Aizhimin suspension moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, it lays a foundation for subsequent multi-center and large-sample trials.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

必须全部符合以下六项标准。
A.符合上述的诊断标准，以轻-中度（以TNSS评分作为主要限定标准，4项症状中至少具备3项如喷嚏≤2分，TNSS总分≤8分）患者为主；
B.年龄在18-65岁，性别不限；
C.自愿参加本临床观察，并且签署知情同意书；
D.能够服从医生的治疗安排，能够配合医生的治疗和随访。
E.患者神志清楚，能正确表达灸感且在上印堂穴区（以上印堂为中心，上、下、左、右各1寸）能够产生灸感的患者，行为配合；
F.自愿受试，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

All six criteria must be met.
A.Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria are mainly patients with mild-moderate (with TNSS score as the main limiting criterion, at least 3 of the 4 symptoms such as sneezing ≤ 2 points, and the total TNSS score ≤8 points).
B. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited;
C. Voluntarily participate in this clinical observation and sign the informed consent form;
D. Be able to obey the doctor's treatment arrangements and be able to cooperate with the doctor's treatment and follow-up.
E. Patients with clear consciousness, can correctly express moxibustion sense, and can produce moxibustion sensation in the upper Yin Tang acupoint area (Shangyin Tang is the center, 1 inch each on the top, bottom, left and right), behavior cooperation;
F. Voluntary test and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

有以下任何情况之一者，必须排除。
A.合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病者；
B.有其他鼻患，如慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、鼻息肉、鼻中隔偏曲等；
C.精神病患者，妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
D.兼并有哮喘、支气管炎等上呼吸系统疾病患者；
E.晕针、晕灸或对针灸排斥者；
F.对艾烟不耐受者。

Exclusion criteria：

Any of the following circumstances must be excluded.
A.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases;
B.Have other nasal diseases, such as chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, deviated nasal septum, etc.;
C.Psychopaths, pregnant or lactating women;
D.Patients with asthma, bronchitis and other upper respiratory diseases;
E.Acupuncture, dizziness or rejection of acupuncture;
F. Those who are intolerant to moxa.

各分中心受试对象的随机分配采用中心随机化方法，由江西中医药大学附属医院临床科研一体化系统控制，随机分组结果采用中央随机分配系统通过语音电话、网络进行发布。

The random allocation of subjects in each branch center was controlled by the clinical Research integration system of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The results of random grouping were released by the central random allocation system through voice telephone and network.

盲法：

本试验主要为非药物治疗，可以实行双盲法，为减少主观因素对疗效评价的偏倚，本试验采用双盲法及第三者评价法，即观察项目的评估者和结果的统计分析者均不了解治疗的情况，研究者要对治疗者负责，详细记录患者治疗的结果与反应。同时做好热敏悬灸操作方法与检测技术的质量控制，力求避免主观因素的干扰，尽量减少观察性偏倚。

Blinding：

This study is mainly non-drug therapy, and double-blind method can be implemented. In order to reduce the bias of subjective factors on the efficacy evaluation, double-blind method and third party evaluation method are adopted in this study, that is, the evaluator of observation items and the statistical analyst of results do not know the treatment situation, and the researcher should be responsible for the treatment of the patient, and record the treatment results and responses of the patient in detail. At the same time, the quality control of the operation method and detection technology of heat-sensitive suspension moxibustion should be done to avoid the interference of subjective factors and reduce the observation bias as far as possible.
