研究目的：

1. 分析术前预康复对老年肺癌术后并发症的影响； 2. 探究术前预康复对老年肺癌术后吸气肌肌力、运动能力的影响； 3. 研究术前不同呼吸训练对老年肺癌患者术后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the influence of preoperative pre-rehabilitation on postoperative complications of elderly lung cancer; 2. To explore the influence of preoperative pre-rehabilitation on the muscle strength and motor ability of inspiratory muscle in elderly patients with lung cancer after surgery; 3. To study the effects of different preoperative breathing training on elderly patients with lung cancer after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合手术治疗的患者，且术后病理确诊为肺癌；
②年龄＞60岁；
③活动状态Karnfsky（KPS）评分≥60分，预计生存期＞6个月；
④认知功能正常，能够配合康复训练；⑤此前未参加过同类研究；⑥同意参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who met surgical treatment and were diagnosed as lung cancer by postoperative pathology; ② Age > 60 years;
③ Karnfsky (KPS) score ≥60 and expected survival > 6 months; ④ Normal cognitive function, can cooperate with rehabilitation training; ⑤ Have not participated in similar research before; ⑥ Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①存在严重肢体活动障碍，不能配合训练的患者；②存在严重认知、精神疾患的患者；③糖尿病患者；④术前行放化疗治疗者；⑤合并严重肝肾功能障碍者；⑥免疫系统疾病或凝血功能障碍者；⑦术后发生严重合并症者；⑧因某些原因不能完成评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe limb movement disorder who cannot cooperate with training; ② Patients with severe cognitive and mental disorders; ③ Patients with diabetes; ④ Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; ⑤ Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ⑥ Immune system diseases or coagulation disorders; ⑦ Patients with severe complications after surgery; ⑧ Unable to complete the evaluation for some reason.

以患者进入研究的顺序号为患者编号，使用SAS软件，调用随机数字发生器（Random Number Generators）产生随机数字，临床纳入病例后及打电话至随机管理者入组，再进行后继临床干预。受试者按照1:1:1的比例随机分配入A、B、C三组。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、真实地记入病例报告表。监察员确认所有病例报告表填写正确完整，并与原始资料一致，如有错误和遗漏，及时要求研究者改正。修改时需保持原有记录清晰可见，改正处需经研究者签名并注明日期。经监察员检查后的病例报告表，有研究者和监察员签字后，及时送交临床试验数据管理员。对于完成的病例报告在研究者监察员、数据管理员之间的传送应有专门的记录，收到时应及时签名，记录需妥善保存。数据管理员在录入数据之后再次核查，发现问题及时通知监察员，要求研究者作出回答。各种疑问及解答的交换应当采用疑问表形式，疑问表应保存备查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the subjects' original records, the investigator will record the data in the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and true manner. The supervisor confirms that all case reports are filled in correctly and completely, and consistent with the original data. If there are any errors or omissions, the investigator will be required to correct them in time. The original records should be kept clear and visible when revising, and the corrections should be signed and dated by the researcher. The case report form examined by the inspector, signed by the investigator and the inspector, will be sent to the clinical trial data manager in a timely manner. Special records should be kept for the transmission of completed case reports between investigator supervisors and data managers, which should be signed promptly upon receipt and kept properly. The data manager checks again after inputting the data, notifying the supervisor of any problems in time and asking the researcher to answer them. The exchange of questions and solutions shall be in the form of a question table, which shall be kept for future reference.
