研究目的:

(1)通过观察败血症新生儿和非感染新生儿外周血血浆和单核细胞中差异表达的miRNA,结合检测TLR2、TLR4水平变化,以及血浆细胞因子水平变化,探讨新生儿败血症的免疫调控机制及miRNAs在新生儿败血症中的免疫调节作用。 (2)比较败血症新生儿差异表达的miRNA和PCT、CRP的敏感性、特异性,评价miRNA作为新生儿败血症早期诊断和判断病情及预后的生物学标记物的可能性,寻找敏感性和特异性较CRP、PCT更好的早期诊断新生儿败血症的生物学标志物。  

Objectives of Study:

1)By observing the differentially expressed miRNAs in peripheral blood plasma and monocytes of neonatal sepsis and non-infected neonates, combined with the detection of changes in TLR2 and TLR4 levels, as well as changes in plasma cytokine levels, to explore the immune regulation mechanism of neonatal sepsis and the role of miRNAs in neonatal sepsis Immunomodulatory effects in pediatric sepsis. 2)The sensitivity and specificity of differentially expressed miRNAs, PCT and CRP in neonates with sepsis were compared, and the possibility of miRNAs as biomarkers for early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis and judgment of disease and prognosis was evaluated. PCT is a better biomarker for early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.

纳入标准:

(1)败血症组患儿诊断标准符合《新生儿败血症诊断及治疗专家共识(2019版)》;
(2)对照组为非感染新生儿,要求产前、产时无感染相关危险因素,任何临床感染症状,实验室检查相关感染指标无异常;
(3)受试者或受试者代理人自愿加入本研究,签署知情同意书、依从性好,配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1)The children in the sepsis group met the diagnostic criteria of "Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Neonatal Sepsis (2019 Edition)";
2)The control group consisted of non-infected neonates, who were required to have no infection-related risk factors before and during delivery, any clinical symptoms of infection, and no abnormality in laboratory-related infection indicators;
3)The subjects or their proxies voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up.

疑似遗传代谢性疾病、围产期窒息、先天畸形、染色体疾病、早产儿
