研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 通过本次实验，研究气电联合干预方式对手部功能的改善效果 2. 次要目的： 研究气电联合干预方式对手部屈肌张力改善效果  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to study the effect of combined electrical and pneumatic intervention on hand function. 2. Secondary objective: to study the effect of electrical and pneumatic intervention on hand flexor tension

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华医学会神经病学分会制订的《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点 2019》中的诊断标准并经头颅螺旋 CT 或头颅磁共振成像确诊的脑卒中患者；
2.存在上肢运动功能障碍，患肢 Brunnstrom 分级Ⅱ ~Ⅳ期；
3.病程＜1 个月；
4.年龄＜70 周岁；
5.意识清楚，生命体征稳定；
6.患者或家属签署知情同意书，并经医院伦理委员会批准

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria in the Diagnostic Essentials of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and confirmed by spiral CT or magnetic resonance imaging of the head;
2. There was upper limb motor dysfunction, Brunstrom grade Ⅱ~Ⅳ of affected limb;
3. Course of disease<1 month;
4. <70 years old;
5. Clear consciousness and stable vital signs;
6. The patient or family member shall sign the informed consent form and be approved by the hospital ethics committee.

排除标准：

1.合并严重精神障碍、意识障碍、听力障碍者；
2.合并其他严重器质性病变、自身免疫性疾病、重要脏器功能不全或恶性肿瘤者；
3.同时服用其他具有骨骼肌松弛作用药物者；
4.有其他神经系统疾病者；
5.中途失联或退出者；
6.治疗依从性不足者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe mental disorder, consciousness disorder and hearing disorder;
2. Complicated with other serious organic diseases, autoimmune diseases, dysfunction of important organs or malignant tumors;
3. Those who take other drugs with skeletal muscle relaxation effect at the same time;
4. People with other nervous system diseases;
5. Lose contact or withdraw during the process;
6. Insufficient treatment compliance.
