研究目的：

纳入标准：

51例经临床表现及实验室检查确诊为甲亢；且甲状腺III度 肿大；病程≥5
年；规范抗甲状腺药物治疗2年以上仍复发；患者不愿继续接受抗甲状腺药物或手术治疗； 患者及
家属对本研究知情且签署同意书

及心肺功能疾病导致不能耐受治疗者；合并甲状腺恶性肿瘤者；体内安置心脏起搏器等金属设备患
者。
