研究目的：

本课题通过观察肿瘤患者及其共同生活人感染新冠后免疫功能的变化及精神心理反应，探讨新冠病毒对肿瘤患者免疫功能及精神状态的影响机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the relationship between COVID-19 and changes of immune and psychological health status of tumor patients and the underlying mechanism by analyzing the changes of immune function and psycho-psychological reactions of patients with cancer and their co-living persons affected by the SARS-CoV-2.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

实验组：所有患者均为恶性肿瘤，手术后均经病理证实，合并新冠感染史。
对照组：与实验组恶性肿瘤患者共同生活人。

Inclusion criteria

Experimental group: All cancer patients confirmed by pathologist after surgery were affected by the SARS-CoV-2.
Control group: The co-living persons of the patients in the experimental group.

排除标准：

实验组：1）未感染新冠的肿瘤患者；2）存在肝、肾、造血及神经系统的严重原发性疾病；2）存在先天性心力衰竭、心律失常；3）存在获得性血小板功能障碍；4）存在精神疾病。
对照组：1）患有恶性肿瘤；2）未感染新型冠状病毒；3）存在肝、肾、造血及神经系统的严重原发性疾病；4）存在先天性心力衰竭、心律失常；5）存在获得性血小板功能障碍；6）存在精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Experimental group: The cancer patients who were chosen in the experimental group were of the following characteristics:1)uninfected by the SARS-CoV-2;2)with serious primary diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic and nervous system;3)with congenital heart failure and arrhythmia;4)with acquired platelet dysfunction;5)with mental illness.
Control group: The people in the control group were of the following characteristics:1)with malignant tumor;2)not infected with novel coronavirus;3)with serious primary diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic and nervous system;4) with congenital heart failure and arrhythmia;5) with acquired platelet dysfunction;6) with mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察进行记录，将数据及时、完整、准确、清晰的记录在病例报告表内，录入采用相应的数据库双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两次比对，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同的磁盘，妥善保存，防止损坏。
