研究目的：

探究针刺介入时机与术后胃肠功能紊乱疗效之间的关联，寻找针刺干预的最佳时机。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between the timing of acupuncture intervention and the efficacy of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction, and to find the best timing of acupuncture intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 急诊外科、肛肠外科、胃肠外科等腹部胃肠道病变且行手术后出现胃肠功能紊乱症状且请我科会诊的患者。
b. 年龄>18岁，意识清楚，能够配合完成问卷填写工作；
c. 患者或家属同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。
d．1个月之内未行针灸治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

A. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as emergency surgery, anorectal surgery and gastrointestinal surgery, and gastrointestinal dysfunction symptoms after surgery, and invited our department for consultation.
B. Age >18, clear consciousness, able to complete the questionnaire;
C. Patients or family members agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent.
D. Those who have not received acupuncture treatment within 1 month.

排除标准：

a. 意识障碍，不能配合完成问卷者。
b. 拒绝行针灸治疗者；
c. 请我科会诊以转科为目的会诊患者；
d. 请会诊后病人出院或死亡的；
e．术后出现严重并发症的；

Exclusion criteria：

A. Consciousness disorder, unable to cooperate to complete the questionnaire.
B. Those who refuse acupuncture treatment;
C. Invite our department to consult patients for the purpose of transferring to another department;
D. The patient is discharged or dies after consultation;
E. Serious complications occur after surgery;
