研究目的：

本研究通过比较平卧位、15度左倾体位和30度左倾体位对腰麻下行择期剖宫产妇胎儿酸碱平衡和产妇血流动力学的影响，为仰卧位低血压综合征的防治提供体位摆放方法的建议。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the effects of supine position, 15 degree left tilt position and 30 degree left tilt position onneonatal acid–base status and maternal hemodynamics for elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia,we provide advice on position placement for the prevention and treatment of supine hypotension syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA I—II，年龄在18到40岁之间，身高150 cm 到180 cm， 身体质量指数（BMI）小于35 kg/m2，单胎，足月，拟行择期剖宫产产妇。

Inclusion criteria

singleton pregnancy at term via elective cesarean section; age from 18 to 40 years; height from 150 cm to 180 cm; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade from I to II grade; and BMI less than 35 kg/m2.

排除标准：

胎儿横位；巨大胎儿或胎儿宫内生长受限；巨型子宫肌瘤；羊水过多和过少；合并妊娠并发症如胎盘早剥、前置胎盘、妊高症、子痫及妊娠期糖尿病等的产妇；椎管内阻滞禁忌症；患者拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Transverse lie, fetal macrosomia, uterine abnormalities (e.g., large fibroids, bicornuate uterus) and polyhydramnios, ruptured membranes, oligohydramnios, or intrauterine growth restriction; Women with gestational or nongestational hyptertension, diabetes, eclampsia, a hypertensive disorder or any condition associated with autonomic neuropathy (e.g., diabetes mellitus for more than 10 yr), with renal failure; Women have contraindications for spinal anesthesia; participants refused to sign informed consent.
