研究目的：

慢性萎缩性胃炎是一种癌前病变，可能伴有肠上皮化生和/（或）中、重度异型性增生，但慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生尚未明确的治疗方案，尤其是内镜下微创治疗，本试验研究内镜下射频消融术对于慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化皮患者的疗效，为慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化皮患者探讨新的安全有效治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a precancerous disease that may be accompanied by enteroepitheliosis and/or moderate and severe atypical hyperplasia, but the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis associated with enteroepithelialization is not yet clear, especially endoscopic minimally invasive treatment, This paper studies the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and enterochemical skin under endoscopic ablation, and discusses a new safe and effective treatment scheme for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and enterochemical skin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1、根据患者是否行电子胃镜下射频消融术分为正常组及治疗组；正常组不做相关治疗；治疗组行电子胃镜下射频消融术；所有入选患者均进行相关部位活检（胃窦2块，胃角1块，胃体2块），3月、1年后均复查胃镜再次在同一位置活检及评估萎缩范围，同时完善胃功能3项检查，评估电子胃镜下射频消融术在慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生治疗疗效。 2、根据电子胃镜诊断为O3型的患者，均行50%胃黏膜电子胃镜下射频消融术，分为正常组及治疗组。正常组为：未做治疗的50%胃黏膜；治疗组：治疗的50%胃黏膜；3月、1年后均复查胃镜再次在同一位置活检及评估萎缩范围，同时完善胃功能3项检查，评估电子胃镜下射频消融术在慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生治疗疗效。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

行电子胃镜检查及病理诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生，根据木村竹本分型选择≥C3型患者，年龄30-75岁。

Inclusion criteria

The electronic gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis were chronic atrophic gastritis accompanied by intestinal epithelialization. According to Kimura Takenaka type, patients with >= C3 were selected and aged 30-75 years old.

排除标准：

消化性溃疡、上消化道出血病史、胃良恶性肿瘤、上消化道手术史，因严重疾病或精神异常不能耐受或配合胃镜检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Peptic ulcer, history of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, gastric benign malignant tumor, history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, can not tolerate or cooperate with gastroscopy due to serious diseases or mental abnormalities.
