研究目的：

评价耳穴磁珠贴压治疗新冠肺炎失眠患者的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of effectiveness and safety of Auricular Point Magnetic Bead Plaster Therapy in Treating COVID - 19 Insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)符合急性失眠诊断标准；
2)新冠肺炎确诊患者；
3)18周岁及以上；
4)失眠严重指数（ISI）≥8分；
5)签署知情同意书，自愿参与本试验；

Inclusion criteria

1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute insomnia;
2) COVID - 19 Diagnosed Patients;
3) 18 years old and above;
4) Insomnia severity index (ISI), >=8 points;
5) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this trial;

排除标准：

1)尚未得到有效控制或者极为严重的疾病（临床医生判断），如各种原因引起的持续疼痛、恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病（高血压病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、脑梗死、脑外伤、帕金森、痴呆、癫痫）、神经内分泌疾病（糖尿病、甲亢、甲减）、神经肌肉疾和消化道疾病等（胃食管返流）等导致失眠障碍者；
2)精神病患者，且有自杀倾向的患者；
3)正在参加其他临床研究；
妊娠或哺乳妇女，或在接受治疗过程中准备妊娠者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Diseases that have not been effectively controlled or are extremely serious by Clinician's Judgment, such as persistent pain from various causes, malignant tumor, Cardiovascular disease (High blood pressure, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, Cerebral infarction, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's Disease, dementia, epilepsy), neuroendocrine disease (diabetes, Hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism), neuromuscular disease Gastrointestinal diseases, etc. (gastroesophageal reflux), etc. insomnia disorder;
2) Mentally disorders patients with suicidal tendencies;
3) Participating in other clinical studies, pregnant or breastfeeding women or planning to become pregnant during treatment.
