研究目的：

系统总结目前泌乳启动影响因素，提出建立泌乳启动延迟风险预测模型，并对模型进行验证。以期为临床泌乳启动延迟提供简便的预测工具，进而为泌乳启动延迟高风险的产妇提供及时、可靠的针对性指导。  

Objectives of Study：

he factors affecting lactation initiation were summarized, and the risk prediction model of delayed lactation initiation was established, and the model was verified. In order to provide a simple prediction tool for delayed lactation initiation in clinical practice, and then provide timely and reliable targeted guidance for parturients at high risk of delayed lactation initiation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁；
2. 孕周≥28周；
3. 经超声诊断为单胎妊娠；
4. 有母乳喂养意愿且无母乳喂养相关禁忌症；
5. 产妇意识清醒，能够独立回答问题。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18;
2. Gestational age >=28 weeks;
3. Single pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound;
4. Breastfeeding intention and no breastfeeding-related contraindications;
5. The puerpera is conscious and able to answer questions independently.

排除标准：

1. 曾患有或已确诊心理精神疾病者；
2. 经临床诊断激素功能紊乱者；
3. 曾患有或现确诊乳腺疾病、接受乳房手术（包括整形手术）或者乳房组织发育异常影响母乳者；
4. 其它母乳喂养禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have suffered from or have been diagnosed with mental illness;
2. Clinically diagnosed hormone dysfunction;
3. Those who have had or are currently diagnosed with breast disease, undergone breast surgery (including plastic surgery), or abnormal development of breast tissue that affects breast milk;
4. Other contraindications to breastfeeding.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均双人录入；拟采用SPSS软件、Stata软件和R软件进行数据处理与分析。

Data are measured and collected by specially trained data collectors. In order to ensure the accuracy of data entry, all data were recorded by two persons. SPSS software, Stata software and R software are used for data processing and analysis.
