研究目的：

探究高脂肪或高蛋白质的餐前零食对糖尿病前期人群全天血糖波动的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of high-fat or high-protein pre-meal snacks on glycemic variability throughout the day in pre-diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-60周岁
2.空腹血糖5.6 mmol/L - 6.9 mmol/L 或餐后2h血糖 7.8 mmol/L - 11.0 mmol/L 或 HbA1c 5.7%–6.4%
3.体重在过去3个月内保持稳定
4.每日规律摄入三餐
5.相似体力活动水平

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ranged from 18 to 60 years.
2. FPG 5.6 mmol/L to 6.9 mmol/L OR 2h Postprandial Glucose 7.8 mmol/L to 11.0 mmol/L OR HbA1c 5.7–6.4%.
3. Bodyweight stable (< 5 kg) in the past 3 months.
4. Ingested 3 meals(breakfast, lunch, and dinner) a day at regular time points.
5. Similar levels of physical activity (light manual worker).

排除标准：

1.代谢性疾病，包括但不限于糖尿病、心血管疾病、肝脏疾病、肾脏疾病、干血压、高血脂
2.特殊饮食习惯，如素食主义者、穆斯林等
3.过去3个月服用过影响血糖、食欲或能量平衡的药物
4.妊娠期或哺乳期
5.急性或慢性食物过敏
6.被诊断或自我报告的胃肠道疾病或不适
7.轮班或夜班工作者
8.持续或累计吸烟超过6个月
9.有饮酒的习惯

Exclusion criteria：

1. Metabolic diseases, including but not limited to diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, kidney or liver disease, hypertension, hyperuricemia.
2. Special Diet Requirements, such as vegetarian, Muslim diet et al.
3. Treatment with medication that significantly affects glucose metabolism, appetite, or energy balance in the past 3 months.
4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
5. Acute or chronic food allergies.
6. Diagnosed or self-reported gastrointestinal disease or discomfort.
7. Shift work or night shift.
8. Continuous or accumulated smoking for more than 6 months.
9. Daily drinker of alcohol.
