研究目的: |
本研究旨在评价术前多时序磁共振震荡梯度自旋回波弥散成像定量参数与PLC病理组织学特点的相关性,探索PLC的理学特征的无创性影像学预测方法。本研究分别测量PLC的多时序磁共振震荡梯度自旋回波弥散成像定量参数,得到Dex、De、d及Vin共4个定量参数,首先观察不用病理组织分类间的差异;再次通过Spearman相关系数分析多时序磁共振震荡梯度自旋回波弥散成像与病理组织状态的相关性;最后建立Logistic回归模型,探索多时序磁共振震荡梯度自旋回波弥散成像定量参数预测PLC的病理组织状态,并计算AUC,特异性,敏感性,准确性,以期探索多时序磁共振震荡梯度自旋回波弥散成像定量参数对于术前预测PLC的病理组织状态的应用价值。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation between quantitative parameters of preoperative multi-temporal magnetic resonance oscillation-gradient spin-echo diffusion imaging and the histopathological characteristics of PLC, and to explore a non-invasive imaging method for predicting the physical characteristics of PLC. In this study, the quantitative parameters of PLC were measured respectively, and four quantitative parameters were obtained, namely Dex, De, D and Vin. Firstly, the differences between different pathological tissues were observed. Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between multi-sequence magnetic resonance oscillation gradient spin echo diffusion imaging and pathological tissue status. Finally, a Logistic regression model was established to explore the quantitative parameters of multi-temporal magnetic resonance oscillation gradient spin-echo diffusion imaging to predict the pathological tissue state of PLC, and to calculate the AUC, specificity, sensitivity, accuracy, The purpose of this study is to explore the application value of quantitative parameters of multi-sequence magnetic resonance oscillation gradient spin echo diffusion imaging in preoperative prediction of pathological tissue status of PLC. |

(1) Pathological diagnosis of liver malignant tumor; (2) Routine MRI, PGSE and OGSE scans were performed within 2 weeks before pathological examination. |

排除标准: |
1)在PGSE和OGSE序列扫描前曾接受过治疗的肝脏肿瘤;(2)在PGSE和OGSE序列扫描前2周内接受过肝脏穿刺的患者;(3)由于运动伪影或其他原因导致图像质量差而无法进行PGSE和OGSE序列后处理。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1) Liver tumors that had been treated before PGSE and OGSE sequence scanning; (2) Patients who had undergone liver puncture within 2 weeks prior to PGSE and OGSE sequence scanning; (3) PGSE and OGSE sequence post-processing cannot be performed due to poor image quality caused by motion artifacts or other reasons. |
