本研究拟通过交叉随机对照干预试验,探索高强度、中等强度休闲体力活动对心肺健康的影响及可能机制,并探讨休闲体力活动是否能改善环境暴露相关的健康损伤及可能的相关机制。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on a randomized controlled crossover design, we aim to explore the cardiopulmonary effects from high and moderate intensity leisure-time physical activity interventions. Specifically, to address the controversy on whether larger health benefits will be gained through high intensity leisure-time physical activity than moderate intensity leisure-time physical activity, we plan to examine the cardiopulmonary effects from WHO recommended levels of high and moderate intensity leisure-time physical activity interventions. We also plan to explore whether leisure-time physical activity can mitigate the adverse health effects related to environmental exposure and its possible mechanisms.

纳入标准:

在读学生(18-35岁)

Inclusion criteria

College students within 18-35 years of age

排除标准:

有休学或外出进行学习计划者(半年内);参与者或其室友吸烟;妊娠或哺乳期妇女;存在其他影响本研究评价的重大残疾;患有严重肺动脉高压(> 55 mm Hg)、急性心肌炎、心内膜炎或心包炎等根据瑞典体育活动专业协会建议禁止参加中高强度体力活动的疾病者(Physical Activity in the prevention and Treatment of Disease. Jarna, Sweden, 2010;14);不能充分理解研究过程,或无法正确表达自己主诉,如患有精神病、严重神经官能症者,或因其他情况不能合作本试验者。

Exclusion criteria:

Subjects who have plan to suspend their schooling or study within half a year; subjects who have a history of tobacco smoking or live with smokers; Women in pregnancy or in lactating period; Subjects with major disabilities or diseases that may impede participation in the study; Subjects forbidden to participate in moderate to high intensity physical activity for disease including severe pulmonary hypertension (>55 mmHg), acute myocardium, endocarditis or pericarditis, etc (Physical Activity in the prevention and Treatment of Disease. Jarna, Sweden, 201014); Subjects who take any medication; Subjects with mental illness that may impair their ability to fully understand the research process or correctly express their complaints, or with other conditions that may cause them not being able to cooperate.

本项目根据Williams design 确定6个干预序列组,研究对象根据基础运动水平由低到高分为4组,每个组内以SAS macro %WILLIAMS,随机分到6个干预序列组,以保证每个序列组的基础运动水平的分布尽可能接近。参试者的随机化分组由对参试者、设计不知情的非参与人员进行。

This project is a three-treatment, three-period randomized controlled crossover trial, and a total of six possible intervention sequence is determined according to the classic Williams design. Randomization will be carried out using the SAS macro %WILLIAMS.
