研究目的：

本研究旨在通过阅读文献、设计问卷、调查高龄孕妇具体健康需求，构建“互联网”+“集中群组式健康教育”管理模式，分析其在高龄孕妇这一群体中的作用，改善高龄孕妇的妊娠结局、提高母婴健康素养以及高龄孕妇对医务人员和医疗环境的满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to build a management model of "Internet" + centering pregnancy in advanced maternal age by reading the literature, designing questionnaires,and investigating the health needs of advanced maternal age, and analyzing their role in the group of advanced maternal age. To improve pregnancy outcomes, maternal and child health literacy, and the satisfaction of older pregnant women with medical staff and the medical environment of advanced maternal age.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥35岁的孕妇；
（2）单胎；
（2）身体健康，无妊娠期合并症和并发症；
（3）孕周在12-14周。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged 35 years or above;
(2) single pregnancy;
(2) healthy without pregnancy complications;
(3) gestational weeks are 12-14 weeks.

排除标准：

（1）有认知功能障碍的孕妇；
（2）无法运用汉语进行书面或者口头沟通的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant women with cognitive impairment;
(2) pregnant women who cannot use Chinese for written or oral communication.
