研究目的：

探讨不同穴位配伍电针刺激神经外科手术患者心律失常的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with different acupoints to stimulate arrhythmia in patients undergoing neurosurgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行神经外科手术如颅脑肿瘤、脑血管手术的患者。
2.性别不限，年龄18～60岁。
3.BMI：18～25kg/m^2，ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级，NYHA心功能分级I-Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective neurosurgery such as craniocerebral tumor and cerebrovascular surgery.
2. Gender is not limited, aged 18 to 60 years.
3. BMI: 18-25kg/m^2, ASA class II-III, NYHA cardiac function class I-III.

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝参加；
2.心律失常，重度瓣膜疾病，术前肝肾功能异常等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refuses to participate;
2. Arrhythmia, severe valve disease, abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery, etc.
