研究目的：

探讨水飞蓟素对轻度脂肪肝患者的效应，为水飞蓟素改善脂肪肝患者研究提供重要的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of silymarin on patients with NAFLD, and provide an important scientific basis for the study of silymarin in improving fatty liver patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 社区常住居民，18-85岁。
2. 根据中华医学会肝病学分会制定的《非酒精性脂肪性肝病诊疗指南2010》中NAFLD的工作定义，同时符合下面2项条件且患者依从性良好
-肝脏影像学表现符合弥漫性脂肪肝的诊断标准
-血清ALT和（或）AST升高（ALT≥30 U/L和或AST≥40U/L）
3. 进餐规律，较少外出就餐，近三个月体重稳定。
4. 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Ordinarily resident , 18-85 years of age.
2. Subjects were diagnosed of Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease if they satisfied the following conditions:
- Livers imaging shows diffuse fatty liver that meet the diagnostic criteria.
- Elevated serum ALT and/or AST (ALT ≥ 30 U/L and or AST ≥ 40 U/L).
3.Willing to maintain habitual (regular) diet, physical activity pattern, and body weight throughout the trial.
4. Sign the informed consent form and insist on participating in the study.

排除标准：

① 患者饮酒史：折合乙醇摄入量男性>140 g/wk，女性>70 g/wk；
② 患有临床诊断的病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、肝硬化、心脑血管疾病等各种严重的慢性疾病，肝肾功能不全；
③ 丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）> 80u/L，谷草转氨酶（AST）> 80u/L，谷氨酰转肽酶（y-GT）> 100u/L；
④ 1个月内有急性或慢性感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、癌症、外伤或手术史
⑤ 检查前3个月内服用过抗脂肪肝、抗肝纤维化药物，降血脂药物以及相关的保健品、植物化学物。
⑥ 如受试者存在以下情况，也需要剔除
-严重胃肠道疾病
-恶性肿瘤
-孕妇和哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

- Intake of any medicine in the last 6 months that could affect lipid and glucose metabolism.
- Intake of any dietary supplementation with phytochemicals including resveratrol in the preceding 2 months.
- history of acute or chronic infectious disease, autoimmune disease, cancer, traumatic injury, or surgery in the preceding 1 month.
- history of severe chronic disease including atherosclerosis and CVD, liver or renal dysfunction.
- lactation or pregnancy.
