研究目的：

1.总结老年住院患者的健康威胁及院内照护的安全威胁，从社会生态学及约克郡影响因素框架的角度，分析老年住院患者安全照护的影响机制，构建安全照护概念模型。 2.了解老年住院患者的照护现状及存在问题，识别院内安全照护体系的核心概念及潜在联系，为老年住院患者安全照护理论模型的构建提供现实依据。 3.检验安全照护理论模型的内容要素，完善老年患者安全照护理论，为促进老年住院患者安全照护的发展及实践提供理论支撑，助力院内安全照护体系的提质增效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to examine which and how factors impact safe care for elderly inpatients at different levels and outline a safe care theory to provide valuable information on developing and practicing the safe care system in the hospital.

纳入标准：

1.1纳入标准
1.1.1老年患者
纳入标准：①年龄大于等于60岁；②本次住院天数在三天及以上；③意识清楚，能正确理解调查内容并清晰表达；④沟通无明显障碍；⑤自愿参加本研究。
1.1.2照护者
纳入标准：①年龄大于等于18岁；②照护老年住院患者，且照护时长大于等于该患者住院时长的一半；③意识清楚，能正确理解调查内容并清晰表达；④沟通无明显障碍；⑤自愿参加本研究。
1.1.3护士
纳入标准：①年龄大于等于18岁；②在本科室就职1年及以上；③自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

For the elderly: (1) being 65 years or older, (2) hospital stay is three days or more, (3) being able to understand the content of the investigation correctly and express it clearly, (4) no obvious obstacles to communication, and (5) voluntary participation. The elderly patients will be excluded if they are critically ill or their disease conditions are prone to change. For the caregivers: (1) being 18 years or older, (2) caring for elderly inpatients, and the length of care is greater than or equal to half of the patients hospital stay, (3) being able to understand the content of the investigation correctly and express it clearly, (4) no obvious obstacles to communication, and (5) voluntary participation. For the nurses: (1) registered nurses, (2) working in this department for one year or more, and (3) voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.1排除标准
1.1.1老年患者
排除标准：①病情易发生变化的危急重症和（或）疾病终末期患者；②罹患精神疾病，认知障碍者。
1.1.2照护者
排除标准：①近三个月内遭遇过重大变故者。
1.1.3护士
排除标准：①见习护生；②实习护士。

Exclusion criteria: ① critical and severe patients and (or) end-stage patients whose condition is easy to change; ② People suffering from mental illness and cognitive impairment.
1.1.2 Caregivers
Exclusion criteria: ① Those who have experienced major changes in the past three months.
1.1.3 Nurses
Exclusion criteria: ① probationary nursing students; ② Intern nurse.
