研究目的：

评价早期咀嚼肌功能矫正联合常规功能矫治器治疗成长期正畸儿童Ⅱ类1类错颌畸形的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To estimate the clinical efficacy of early masticatory myofunction correction in combination with conventional functional appliances for the treatment of class Ⅱ, division 1 malocclusion in orthodontic children during the growing phase.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴根据英国标准学会诊断标准诊断为儿童Ⅱ类1类错颌畸形；（2）远端端磨牙咬合，OJ≥5.0 mm;⑶ⅱ类骨骼类型，ANB≥4°;⑷治疗开始时7-11岁(混合晚期或恒牙早期);⑸愿意完成分配的治疗和随访评估

Inclusion criteria

⑴ diagnosis of class Ⅱ, division 1 malocclusion according to British Standards Institute; ⑵ distal molar occlusion, overjet (OJ) ≥5.0 mm; ⑶ Class II skeletal type, ANB angle >4°; ⑷ 7-11 years of age at the start of treatment (late mixed or early permanent dentition); ⑸ willing to complete the allocated treatment and follow-up assessment.

排除标准：

既往有正畸治疗史，或有严重上颌前突、严重牙齿拥挤(≥5mm)、下切牙突出和先天缺牙的受试者被排除在本研究之外

Exclusion criteria：

Participants who reported history of previous orthodontic treatment, or with severe maxillary prognathism, severe dental crowding (≥5 mm), lower incisor protrusion and congenitally missing teeth were excluded from the study.

盲法：

由于干预的性质，两名牙医和两名牙科保健师对分组未保持盲法。但评估侧位x线片图像的两名放射科医师，以及负责结果评估的两名经过专门培训的护士均保持盲法。

Blinding：

The two dentists and two dental hygienists were precluded from being masked from group allocation due to the nature of intervention. But the two radiologists who assessed the images of lateral cephalometric radiographs, and the two specially trained nurses who were responsible for outcome assessments were all blinded to treatment modalities.
