研究目的：

本研究旨在评估老年睡眠障碍人群进行非心脏大血管外科手术后主要不良心脑血管事件发生率  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in elderly people with sleep disorders after non-cardiac macrovascular surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥60岁的男性或女性患者；
2）拟行外科手术的患者；
3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Male or female patients aged ≥ 60 years;
2) Patients who will undergo surgery;
3) Informed consent has been signed.

排除标准：

1)计划或参与了其他研究；
2)以前参加过本研究；
3)根据研究者的判断，有证据证明患者存在严重或不受控制的全身性疾病（例如不稳定或失代偿的呼吸、心脏、肝脏或肾脏疾病） ;
4)患有重大临床疾病或实验室结果表明患者不适合参加本研究；
5)拟行心脏、大血管外科手术的患者；
6)沟通障碍及预计电话随访障碍的患者；
7)预计术后机械通气时间大于2天的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Planning or participating in other research;
2) Have participated in this study before;
3) patients with severe or uncontrolled systemic disease (e.g. unstable or decompensated respiratory, heart, liver or kidney disease);
4) The patient's laboratory results indicate that the patient is not suitable for the study;
5) Patients who will undergo cardiac surgery or major vascular surgery;
6) Patients with communication disorders or difficult telephone follow-up;
7) Patients with estimated postoperative mechanical ventilation duration of more than 2 days.
