研究目的：

通过术前及术后淋巴细胞亚群分析，探讨机器人肺叶切除是否较胸腔镜肺叶切除对非小细胞肺癌患者淋巴细胞亚群影响小。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether robotic lobectomy has less effect on lymphocyte subsets in patients with non-small cell lung cancer than thoracoscopic lobectomy through preoperative and postoperative lymphocyte subsets analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）术前影像学考虑为非小细胞肺癌，无阻塞性肺炎并拟行手术治疗；
2）18岁＜年龄＜70岁；
3）术前没有使用免疫抑制剂，无激素及影响免疫功能药物使用用史。
4）无免疫缺陷性的疾病，如：艾滋病、系统性红斑狼疮、白血病等；
5）手术前没有进行过放疗及化疗等治疗；
6）无类似顽固性高血压、陈旧性大面积心梗、中重度慢性阻塞性肺病等严重的基础疾病；
7）积极配合术前及术后治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1) Preoperative image data was considered as non-small cell lung cancer, without obstructive pneumonia and surgical treatment was proposed;
2) Age: more than 18 years old and less than 70 years old;
3) No immunosuppressant was used before surgery, and no hormones or no immunomodulator drugs were used before.
4) No immunodeficiency diseases such as AIDS, systemic lupus erythematosus, leukemia, etc.;
5) No radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery;
6) No serious others diseases, refractory hypertension, old large-area myocardial infarction, moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and so on;
7) Actively cooperate with preoperative and postoperative treatment.

排除标准：

1) 手术方式并非根治性肺叶切除的患者；
2）术中及术后病理诊断为良性肿瘤或为小细胞肺癌的患者；
3）术中发现胸膜广泛致密黏连＞50%者；
4）术中中转开胸者；
5）肿瘤侵及多叶，需行多叶切除或中央型肺癌者；
6）术中及术后输血者；
7）因为各种原因拒绝相关治疗方案以及临床资料记录不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients whose surgical method is not radical lobectomy;
2) Patients with intraoperative and postoperative pathological diagnosis of benign tumor or small cell lung cancer
3) Dense and extensive pleural adhesion (more than 50%) was found during operation,
4) Converse surgical method to thoracotomy during operation;
5) Tumor invade in more than one lobectomy, requiring multilobectomy or central lung cancer;
6) Intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion;
7) Patients who refuse relevant treatment and have incomplete clinical data records for various reasons.
