本研究拟观察环泊对对电子耳蜗植入术幼儿患者有效性及安全性分析  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy and safety of cycpofol in the treatment of young children with cochlear implant.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

全身麻醉行电子耳蜗植入术的患者，ASA分级I-II级，年龄<12 岁，肝肾功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

The patients who underwent cochlear implantation under general anesthesia were I-II according to ASA grade, the age was less than 12 years old, and the liver and kidney function was normal.

排除标准：

先天性心脏病，急性哮喘发作，血液系统功能异常，对麻醉药物存在过敏，心理行为和精神智力发育异常，内耳严重畸形，听神经中断或缺如，家属拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

Congenital heart disease, acute asthma attack, abnormal blood system function, allergy to narcotic drugs, abnormal psychological behavior and mental and intellectual development, severe deformity of the inner ear, interruption or absence of auditory nerve, family members refused.
